🎓 Educational Qualification
Class 1 to 5: Passed 10+2 Intermediate with minimum 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or 4-Year B.El.Ed along with JTET Paper 1 pass certificate. Class 6 to 8: Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline with B.Ed or 2-Year D.El.Ed and JTET Paper 2 pass certificate (CTET / Neighboring State TET recognized as per Jharkhand High Court directives).
