Sarkari Notification is an educational informational service that aggregates publicly available recruitment circulars, examination schedules, admit card links, and results published by various Union and State Government authorities in India.

We do not conduct examinations, issue hall tickets, recruit candidates, or process fee payments. All application submissions and fee transactions must be performed by candidates directly on the designated official government portals (such as .gov.in or .nic.in).

You are permitted to:

• View, read, and share links to our public notification posts for personal, educational, non-commercial use.
• Utilize our free in-browser candidate tools (Age Calculator & Photo Resizer) for preparing your examination application forms.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Systematically scraping, crawling, or extracting our structured database using automated bots or headless browsers without written authorization.
• Framing or embedding our website or tools within any third-party app or website in a misleading manner.
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise our server infrastructure, inject malicious code, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
• Using our branding or name to impersonate a government recruitment authority or scam candidates.

The materials on Sarkari Notification are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive to maintain complete accuracy by referencing official gazette circulars, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or completeness of the information.

In no event shall Sarkari Notification, its owners, or contributors be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, missed exam deadlines, application form rejections by recruitment boards, or loss of fee amounts paid to external portals) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
